The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed by this site and for mail order. Please read carefully and print a copy for reference.
Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below and in our Delivery Section. We recommend you also read our Privacy policy . You can print the full terms and conditions by selecting the print option in the File menu of your browser.
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).
1. Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site as set out on the site, are set by justkiddingonline.co.uk. Delivery will be charged on an order by order basis, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only for delivery to addresses in mainland United Kingdom .
Just Kidding accepts your order once you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive this e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Credit and Debit Card Payments
All card payments are processed on behalf of Just Kidding by PROTX, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country. All prices shown on this website already include any charges to cover the costs of this processing, and the total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method.
For additional security purposes we are only able to deliver items to third party delivery addresses if the transaction has been 3D Secure Authenticated. 3D Secure is determined through Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code. This feature is set up on you Debit or Credit card by the issuing banks.
Where 3D Secure Authentication is not sufficient, we will send written correspondence to the card billing address for further authentication.
2. Your right to cancel your order
You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you.
If you wish to cancel your order you can either phone us on 0208 204 2233 (lines are open 10am - 5pm weekdays) or email us by CLICKING HERE (*exclusions apply).
In some cases we may be unable to prevent your order from being dispatched to you.
3. Our Returns and Refunds Policy
If goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged upon delivery we will exchange the product or issue a refund of the full price (including any delivery charge). We will arrange for the goods to be collected by our nominated delivery carrier at our own expense, and meet the cost of any subsequent delivery of replacement items.
If you are not satisfied with any goods for any other reason you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery (*exclusions apply).
We will exchange or refund the full price (less any delivery charge whether charged or not at the time of placing your order) of any items returned to us, provided they are unopened, unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. We will also require proof of purchase, such as your original sales invoice. We will arrange for the goods to be collected by our nominated delivery carrier and charge the cost of collection to you.
Refunds will be made by debiting your credit or debit card, or by cheque within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
* Exclusions : excludes products made to specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. The customer has the choice of returning the goods via his/her own means, or requesting a collection, in which case the cost of returning the goods to us will be deducted from the refund.
Full refunds can only be provided for items which are returned to us in their original condition and in its original packaging. The customer has a duty of care while the goods are in their possession; we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred whilst the goods have been in your possession.
For cancelation of customised orders a 15% cancellation fee will occur.

4. General
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Just Kidding.
Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full before booking any fitters and contractors.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on this website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between us.
In these terms and conditions:-
" Just Kidding " means, Just Kidding Enterprises and any successor to its business, and as the context allows, any other connected entity that supplies the goods ordered by you;
"We" and "Us" means Just Kidding either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English bank, statutory and public holidays;
"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;

The charge for postage and packaging is dependent upon the size and weight of the item and is indicated on your order.
We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the order has been shipped. You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer.
Our delivery hours are 9am – 6pm , Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be best to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them, a £10 re-delivery charge will be incurred.
Please note we are only able to ship products to addresses in mainland United Kingdom . Shipping to overseas destinations is priced per order, a quotation for delivery will be supplied separately.
If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them, your order will be returned to Just Kidding and a £10 re-delivery charge per carton will be charged.

We work closely with our carriers to ensure best possible service and delivery times, however, some delays may occur which are outside our control.
Manufacturer’s Guarantee
All purchases are fully covered by the manufacturer’s 6 month guarantee. If a fault occurs on any item, please contact us and we will arrange collection. The product will be inspected by the manufacturer and provided the fault is of a manufacturing nature, will be replaced or repaired depending on the age of the product. There is a £15 carriage charge for us to get the item collected.
