In order for you to request this service please note that item must qualify the following;

•   the item must be brand new and not an ex-display or clearance item
•   be in stock ready for delivery at the advertised price
•   item must be to the same specification and held as a current stock item
•   seller must be a UK internet retailer
• price match guarantee does not apply when you use coupons/vouchers and/or other promotional offers on the alternative websit

The Price Match will include any delivery costs and delivery costs are price matched on a like for like basis only and no additional discount will be applied.

To obtain our price promise please forward the following details by email

• Details of the product
• Colour & Description of the product
• Advertised price & Delivery Cost
• Store Name & Address
• Store Website Address with links to the said product

We will review the details and reply to you via email or phone within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm). 

Upon our acceptance of your request, you will be notified on how to proceed with your price match purchase.
