If goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged upon delivery we will exchange the product or issue a refund of the full price (including any delivery charge). We will arrange for the goods to be collected by our nominated delivery carrier at our own expense, and meet the cost of any subsequent delivery of replacement items.

If you are not satisfied with any goods for any other reason you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery (*exclusions apply). We will exchange or refund the full price (less any delivery charge whether charged or not at the time of placing your order) of any items returned to us, provided they are unopened, unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. We will also require proof of purchase, such as your original sales invoice. We will arrange for the goods to be collected by our nominated delivery carrier and charge the cost of collection to you.

Refunds will be made by debiting your credit or debit card, or by cheque within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

* Exclusions : excludes products made to specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Call our Customer Services team on 0208 204 2233 or email our dedicated returns department on returns@justkiddingonline.co.uk . They will arrange for the collection of the unwanted goods. Lines are open 10am - 5pm weekdays.
